Accreditation application documents

The accreditation applicants shall submit a written application* to EA “BAS”, containing forms and documents properly filled and signed by the person noted in the documents. The Application for accreditation is a set of documents indicated in a list of necessary documents according to the field of accreditation, as follows:

Attention: The set of documents shall have consecutively numbered pages and accompanied by a full list with indication of the first page of each new document.

*Application for accreditation - Application for accreditation, re-accreditation or extension of accreditation scope depending on the particular case.
